1. What is Pre-Pack Ordering?
- Our website is for wholesale buyers only. All items are sold in pre-pack. Place your order by quantity per pack ( 1 Qty= 1.Pack ).
Dollar amount per quantity is the price of a pack.
2. How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel an order you recently completed, simply email us at custserve@bizent.net or call at (213) 748 2900 and let us know
which order you would like to amend. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our
system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, please call us
before returning the package. Keep in mind however that shipping charges are never refunded once a package has been
shipped.
3. Shipping Questions?
- Shipping charges are NOT included on the primary invoice. Shipping charges will be later be added to the order.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the merchandise per lb according to UPS rate..
- We are currently ship to all US states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. We are currently unable to ship to P.O.
Boxes.
- Please let us know if you want to use your own freight account (Fedex/UPS, etc.), or you want to ship to a Freight Forwarding
company.
4. How should I pay?
- Once we received your order, our customer service will contact you for the total amount including the shipping cost. You will have to provide your credit card information to pay n full in US Currency in order to ship the goods.
5. What are the credit cards we accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
6. What's status of my order? How do i track my order?
- When your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with tracking number and a link to where you can
track it online. Or you can send an email to our customer service (custserve@bizent.net) and we can check on the status of your
order.
